We are looking for motivated Freelance Recruiters to support our recruitment team in sourcing and identifying suitable candidates for our clients across various industries.

Responsibilities:

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and personal networks.

Screen candidates based on job requirements.

Contact and engage potential candidates regarding available opportunities.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and the recruitment team/client.

Maintain and develop a strong candidate database.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience is an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good candidate sourcing and networking skills.

Able to work independently and manage time effectively.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Familiarity with the Malaysian job market is an advantage.
