About the Role

Redion is seeking an experienced Regional Head of Insurance to lead the development, performance, and growth of our insurance business across East Asia.

Reporting to the Regional General Manager, this role will be responsible for driving portfolio growth, strengthening insurer partnerships, supporting market expansion, and ensuring alignment between insurance strategy and business objectives across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive insurance growth and portfolio performance across East Asia.
• Develop and execute regional insurance and partnership strategies.
• Strengthen relationships with insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and strategic partners.
• Identify new business opportunities, product innovations, and market expansion initiatives.
• Monitor portfolio profitability, operational performance, and customer outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across insurance, operations, commercial, and country leadership teams.
• Build and develop a high-performing regional insurance organization.
• Support governance, regulatory compliance, and business excellence initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 15+ years of insurance industry experience with regional leadership exposure.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, distribution, portfolio management, underwriting, pricing, or reinsurance.
• Proven ability to drive business growth and manage strategic partnerships.
• Strong commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience operating within a multinational or matrix environment.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Fluent English communication skills.
