CHAGEE Singapore Hiring! Full Time Brand - Marketing Manager in - Ricebowl

We are looking for a dynamic Branding & Marketing Manager to join CHAGEE Singapore’s Brand & Marketing team.

In this role, you will be a critical part of the brand's marketing strategy, campaigns, partnerships, partnership etc. Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders in conceptualisation and establishment if brand position and customer engagement.

We are looking for someone who is fast, adaptable and quick thinking. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic and hands-on on the end-to-to marketing cycle, executing campaigns for a fast-growing brand.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a go-to-market channel marketing plan including promotion and partnerships
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics for all brand initiatives. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Drive brand visibility through strategic sponsorships and industry initiatives
• Serves as key liaison and project manager for brand advertising, oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring successful execution of campaigns
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all markets and customer touchpoints
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and regional marketing to successfully execute marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment, with strong project management skills
• Prior experience in Branding & Marketing activities in a fast-paced environment
• Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables
• Fast learner who can adapt quickly, take initiative and think on their feet
• Comfortable with hands-on execution and supporting the day-to-day needs of the business
