Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin

  • Knows Microsoft office (Words, Excel, Outlook etc)

Responsibilities

  • Support the operational day-to-day activities

  • Do cold calling to customers

  • Prepare delivery order, invoice and other relevant documents

  • Ordering stock

  • Assist other dept

  • Assist in daily routine operations eg. handle phone calls (screening and forwarding incoming calls) and taking messages and inquiries.

  • Carry any other ac-hoc sales admin duties and operational support as and when required or assigned by Manager
