Responsibilities
Design and deliver lesson plans that address varied learning styles and abilities to optimize student understanding and participation
Evaluate student progress regularly and adjust teaching methods and materials to improve learning effectiveness
Prepare and organize educational resources to support lesson objectives and classroom activities
Manage classroom dynamics to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive learning environment
Communicate clearly and effectively with students to facilitate comprehension and encourage active participation
Build strong interpersonal relationships with students to support their academic and personal development
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma or Degree in the relevant discipline with recognized teaching qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of relevant teaching experience
Demonstrated strong mastery of subject content
Proficient communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills
Ability to teach students aged 7 to 12 years old
