We are looking for an experienced, talented, and versatile Creative Digital Designer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur.

The ideal candidate combines exceptional graphic design skills with strong technical knowledge of web design, WordPress, HTML/CSS, email marketing templates, and digital asset creation.

We are seeking a hands-on creative professional who can independently manage design projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic & Digital Design

• Create high-quality graphics, advertisements, banners, social media content, and promotional materials.
• Design and maintain professional digital assets across websites, applications, and marketing platforms.
• Develop creative concepts and maintain consistent brand identity.
• Produce visually engaging materials for digital marketing campaigns.

WordPress & Web Design

• Design, customise, and maintain WordPress websites.
• Work with WordPress themes, templates, and page builders.
• Create responsive landing pages and website layouts.
• Edit and customise HTML/CSS templates.
• Improve website appearance, usability, and mobile responsiveness.

Email Marketing & HTML Templates

• Design professional, responsive HTML email templates.
• Create branded newsletters, promotional emails, and marketing campaign layouts.
• Customise existing email templates using HTML and inline CSS.
• Ensure compatibility across major email clients, including Gmail and Outlook.
• Develop reusable email templates and digital marketing assets.

UI/UX & Digital Product Design

• Design user interfaces for websites, web applications, and dashboards.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop consistent, modern, and user-friendly digital experiences.
• Collaborate with development and marketing teams.

Mandatory Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Multimedia Design, Computer Science, or a closely related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital design, web design, or a closely related role.

Adobe Creative Cloud: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Canva: Strong experience creating professional digital content and branded templates.

WordPress: Proven hands-on experience with WordPress website design, theme customisation, and page builders.

HTML & CSS: Practical experience creating, editing, and customising web pages and templates.

Email Marketing Design: Proven ability to design and modify responsive HTML email templates.

Digital Asset Creation: Strong portfolio demonstrating experience across multiple digital platforms.

Additional Skills — An Advantage

Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animation.

Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping.

Video editing and motion design.

Elementor, WooCommerce, and advanced WordPress theme development.

Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Brevo.
