Oversee day-to-day outlet activities to ensure a smooth workflow.
Manage site maintenance and ensure equipment is working properly.
Enforce company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies. [1, 2, 3]
Hire, schedule, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house team members.Conduct staff performance assessments and provide ongoing coaching.
Handle staff rosters, performance issues, and team communication.
Monitor the guest experience and ensure high standards of hospitality.
Handle customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally. [1, 2, 3]
