Responsibilities
About the role
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Senior Administration & Operations Executive to support management, coordinate daily business operations and ensure efficient execution of business activities.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, maintain schedules and follow up on management-assigned tasks.
Consolidate sales data, prepare performance reports and monitor sales targets, inventory and channel performance.
Liaise with sales, finance, logistics and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and timely follow-ups.
Maintain contracts, customer records, business documents and assist with basic financial reconciliation.
Coordinate production, inventory and distribution of marketing and promotional materials.
Coordinate job postings, resume screening, interviews and recruitment administration.
About you
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administration, sales operations or business support.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and reporting.
Excellent organisational, communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
Good written and spoken English; Mandarin is an advantage.
FMCG, beverage or distribution industry experience is preferred.
Legally eligible to work in Singapore.
