Job Description

Responsibilities

Company Description Paperspace Asia is an award-winning Workplace Strategy & Design firm focused on shaping employee experiences across the APAC region. Using its proprietary Workplace DNA survey, the company identifies four distinct workstyles that help organizations design spaces aligned with culture, productivity, and real-estate efficiency. Paperspace Asia partners with clients ranging from global headquarters to regional hubs to create environments where employees can thrive in fast-paced, evolving workplaces. The firm combines data-driven insights with creative design to deliver workplace solutions that support business goals and employee well-being.
Role Description The Regional Sales Director is a full-time, hybrid role based in Singapore, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth across APAC by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing strategic client relationships, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle for workplace strategy and design solutions. Day-to-day activities include developing and executing regional sales plans, overseeing sales operations and forecasting, leading and mentoring the sales team, and collaborating closely with design and strategy teams to tailor solutions to client needs. The Regional Sales Director will also engage in key account management, represent Paperspace Asia at industry events, and provide feedback on market trends and customer requirements to inform product and service development.
Qualifications
  • Strong Sales and Business Development skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding regional revenue targets.
  • Experience in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and use of CRM tools.
  • Demonstrated ability in Customer Service, with a focus on building long-term, trust-based relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Team Management experience, including coaching, performance management, and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Background in B2B services, preferably in workplace strategy, real estate, design, consulting, or related industries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and comfort working with data to inform decisions and sales strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed to meet clients and support regional initiatives.
