Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience will be an added advantage.

Internship experience in accounting or tax will be an advantage for fresh graduates.

Knowledge of accounting software such as AutoCount or SQL will be an added advantage.

Good Microsoft Excel skills.

Strong attention to detail with good organisational and time-management skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to communicate professionally with clients, auditors and other parties.

Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.

Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts for clients across various industries.

Record financial transactions accurately based on supporting documents.

Prepare account schedules, bank reconciliations and other supporting documents.

Prepare financial statements and management accounts in accordance with applicable financial reporting standards.

Assist in preparing documents and schedules for audit and tax purposes.

Monitor deadlines for audit, tax, SST and WHT matters to ensure timely compliance.

Liaise with clients, auditors, tax agents and other relevant parties when required.

Follow up with clients on outstanding documents and information.

Work closely with team members to ensure assignments are completed accurately and within deadlines.
