Wearnes-Starchase Hiring! Full Time Operations Assistant (JLR) in - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange/manage parking in the morning (ensure availability of parking lots for appointment customers)
• Assist with test drive requests from workshop to facilitate their diagnostic tests and root cause analysis (TA advice for long test drive/multiple drive cycles)
• LTA inspection request from customers
• Send vehicles to contractors for sublet jobs.
• Send loaners for urgent cases
• Manage loaners condition before loan out to next in queue customers (Fuel top up, check for scratches/dents)
• Send hampers/merchandise to customers.
• Get customers’ acknowledgement for official letters.
• Assist to deliver job card to workshop during morning peak during periods when Service Advisors are stuck with customers. This will allow workshop to begin the job as quickly as possible
• eVHC Process Management:
  • Oversee and ensure consistent completion of digital vehicle health checks by technicians.
  • Liaise with workshop staff to ensure timely uploading and sharing of inspection videos and reports.
• Customer Communication Support:
  • Support service advisors with eVHC presentation to customers, highlighting urgent and advisory repairs with clarity.
  • Ensure follow-up actions with customers on declined work, offering advice and booking future appointments where necessary.
• Workshop Coordination:
  • Work with technicians and service advisors to ensure seamless workflow and communication regarding identified issues.
  • Escalate safety-critical items to ensure swift action.
• Any other tasks assigned by your superior

Qualifications / Professional Certifications / Skills Required

• Minimum GCE “O” level qualifications with at least 2 years of experience in an automotive capacity and/or customer service
• Proven track record in delivery of excellent customer service experience
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems and common service items.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Possess Class 3 / 3C driving licence
