We're Hiring: Professional Services Engineer – Cloud & Network Security

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Professional Services Engineer with strong expertise in Cloud & Network Security, particularly in Netskope and/or Zscaler.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing, configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting enterprise security solutions involving SSE/SASE, Zero Trust, Secure Web Gateway (SWG), and cloud security platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, configure, and optimise Netskope and/or Zscaler solutions.
• Implement SSE/SASE, Zero Trust, SWG, and private application access solutions.
• Lead migrations from traditional proxy and VPN platforms to cloud-based security solutions.
• Conduct technical workshops, requirement gathering, and solution-design discussions.
• Configure security policies, traffic steering, authentication, and access controls.
• Integrate security platforms with SSO, IdP, SIEM, MDM, and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot complex networking and security issues.
• Prepare technical documentation, implementation plans, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Provide post-deployment support and performance optimisation.

Mandatory Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Netskope and/or Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA).
• Strong knowledge of Network Security, SSE/SASE, and Zero Trust.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, routing, and network architecture.
• Experience with Proxy, SWG, NGFW, VPN, SSL/TLS, and IPsec.
• Knowledge of SSO, Identity Integration, DLP, and SIEM.
• Customer-facing implementation, deployment, and migration experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Mandarin and English communication skills are mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with both Netskope and Zscaler.
• Python or scripting/automation knowledge.
• Enterprise security and compliance exposure (PCI, PII, SOX).
• Relevant Netskope or Zscaler certifications.
