UST Malaysia Hiring! Full Time Test Development Lead (Labview - Teststand) in Pulau Pinang - Ricebowl

We are looking for Test Development Lead for functional test analysis focusing primarily on hardware design, software development, and mechanical design.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop automated test programs and scripts using LabVIEW and NI TestStand.
• Interpret test specifications and develop test plans, test cases, and test procedures from scratch.
• Design and develop test fixtures, testers, and hardware interfaces.
• Integrate and control test equipment through software and communication interfaces.
• Perform test system debugging, validation, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Prepare test documentation and analyze test results to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in LabVIEW and NI TestStand.
• Possess at least 7 years of experience in test scripting, test case development, and automated test system development.
• Hands-on experience in test fixture, tester, and hardware interface development.
• Skilled in using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, DAQ, spectrum analyzers, and VNAs.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Python, C/C++, or instrument control programming is an advantage.
• Willing to work/relocate to Bayan Lepas, Penang.
