• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food items in accordance with Company standards and recipes.
• Ensure all food is prepared safely, hygienically, and consistently with quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, equipment, utensils, and food preparation surfaces at all times.
• Follow proper food handling, storage, and rotation procedures (FIFO system).
• Assist in receiving, checking, and storing food supplies, packaging, and ingredients.
• Restock and organise kitchen ingredients and materials as required.
• Assist in opening and closing duties of the kitchen, including cleaning and equipment shutdown procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements.
• Work cooperatively with other kitchen and service team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist in basic food preparation tasks such as washing, cutting, portioning, and assembling ingredients.
• Attend mandatory training sessions, briefings, and meetings conducted by the Company.
• Carry out any other duties reasonably assigned by the Company from time to time.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
