Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end airfreight export shipments, including booking, documentation, cargo coordination, export customs clearance, billing and shipment closure.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing timely shipment updates and responding to enquiries.
Coordinate with airlines, ground handling agents, trucking partners, customs authorities and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment operations.
Monitor shipment progress and ensure compliance with customer requirements, service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs) and company procedures.
Resolve shipment delays, documentation discrepancies and customs-related issues promptly.
Maintain accurate shipment records, operational reports and regulatory documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex customer or operational issues to management and follow up on their resolution.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
