Responsibilities
1.apply and renew workers
2.General Administrative Duties
Maintain WP/S Pass records, workers’ personal files, attendance, leave records and payroll information.
Coordinate PPE supplies, vehicle arrangements and deliveries.
3. Government and Regulatory Matters
Assist with administrative documentation and submissions to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and other relevant government authorities.

- Maintain proper filing systems and handle correspondence, reports and general office administration.
Maintain WP/S Pass records, workers’ personal files, attendance, leave records and payroll information.
Coordinate PPE supplies, vehicle arrangements and deliveries.
