Responsibilities
Job Highlights
Deliver full-spectrum executive and secretarial support to the C-Suite Executive, encompassing business operations, project coordination, and personal matters.
Prepare reports, presentations and business documents and keep good record filing
Monitor key initiatives, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution and follow‑through.
Support and execute ad hoc assignments and special projects as required.
Prepares reports, correspondences, speech and presentation materials
Can work under pressure and overtime
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide full secretarial, business, and administrative support to CEO
Support any other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by the Company
Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to the CEO - Project Management including business appointments, record management, travel arrangements, etc.
Coordinate and oversee special projects and events as assigned
Maintain and manage a long-lasting relationship with stakeholders and partners
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing or related field
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
3 years working experience in serving senior management
Flight attendant experience preferred
Excellent command of English & Mandarin (spoken and written)
Travel is required
