Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing the full spectrum of HR functions, particularly recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
- Strong recruitment capabilities, with hands-on experience using various recruitment channels and independently conducting interviews.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently as a sole HR contributor and manage multiple HR responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Proactive, hands-on, self-motivated, and able to take initiative.
- Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work in a growing business environment.
- Deep understanding and knowledge of Malaysian labour law.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, with a strong focus on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to ensure the company hires suitable candidates.
- Utilise various recruitment channels and platforms to attract quality candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct interviews independently and assess candidates’ suitability based on their skills, experience, attitude, and organisational fit.
- Handle employee relations matters, including employee engagement, conflict resolution, grievance handling, and staff retention.
- Oversee performance management processes and provide support to management on employee performance-related matters.
- Manage disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and relevant employment regulations.
- Oversee daily HR operations and ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are implemented effectively.
- Work closely with management to understand manpower requirements and develop effective HR strategies to support the company’s growth.
- Take initiative in improving HR processes and strengthening the company’s overall HR function and policy.
