Are you passionate about coffee, food, photography, and social media? Do you love creating engaging content and finding creative ways to attract customers?

We’re looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator / Marketing Executive to help grow our café brand, showcase our food and beverages, and create exciting marketing campaigns that bring more customers through our doors!

Job Responsibilities

• Create engaging photo and video content featuring our food, beverages, café ambience, promotions, and daily activities.
• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
• Manage the café’s social media accounts and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Develop creative content ideas, captions, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and the latest food and café trends.
• Plan and execute promotions, seasonal campaigns, and special events to increase customer traffic.
• Collaborate with the café team to highlight new menu items, signature drinks, and special offers.
• Monitor social media engagement, reach, and campaign performance to improve marketing results.
• Assist with influencer collaborations, customer engagement, and other marketing activities.

Job Requirements

• Experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Passion for food, coffee, café culture, and creative storytelling.
• Proficient in video editing and graphic design tools such as CapCut and Canva.
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willing to appear on camera and create lifestyle or food-related content when needed.
• Able to work on-site at the café for content shooting and marketing activities.
• A portfolio of previous content or social media work is an advantage.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
