Responsibilities
职位描述
1、负责量化策略的研发，主要研究微观结构、基本面和事件等多元数据的规律，运用线性、非线性和机器学习等方法论，构建出多样化的策略；
2、负责策略的开发与落地，绩效跟踪与分析，对各环节进行优化，并对实盘的最终结果负责。
职位要求
1、硕士及以上学历，统计学、数学、金融、计算机等相关专业背景优先；
2、精通Python或c++；
