Education:

• Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial, Management or equivalent.

Experience:

• 3-5 years experience, preferably in retail support field (SOP and Talent Management).

Main purpose:

• Make sure all outlets have the right people, processes, standards, tools and knowledge to operate well and consistently.

1. Connect HQ and Outlets

• Make sure information from HQ reaches the outlets clearly, and problems/feedback from outlets reach HQ.

2. Manage SOP & Retail Standards

• Create, maintain and improve the correct operational guidelines for all outlets.

3. Standardise Outlet Operations

• Set clear standards for, store appearance, customer service, sales, staff behaviour, Stock handling, daily store routines and ensure all outlets comply.

4. Develop Retail People

• Build, develop and monitor the skills of Area Managers, Outlet Managers and Sales Assistants, creating a clear competency and career development standard for those positions.

5. Manage Training & Certification

• Ensure employees receive the appropriate, training, on-the-job coaching, performance assessments and certifications

6. Support New & Upgraded Outlets

• Make sure new or renovated outlets are ready to operate with the right people, training, SOP, stock, systems and customer experience.

7. Manage Stock Health

• Set the right inventory targets, ensuring adequate stock, monitor slow-moving stock and maintain product availability.

8. Lead Digitalisation & AI

• Use and fully utilize all technology and AI assets to make retail operations, easier, faster, more consistent and less dependent on manual work
