About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accounts & Procurement Executive to support our finance management, regulatory compliance and operations procurement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

Finance Coordination

Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes

Monitor customer collections and outstanding payments

Assist in bank reconciliation and cash flow reporting

Prepare financial reports and GST-related documentation

Prepare and process invoices using Xero

Issue customer statements and credit notes

Maintain accurate billing records

Procurement

Manage full procurement cycle from requisition, purchasing, receiving of goods for farm

Coordinate inbound shipments with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries

Monitor inventory levels and replenish packing materials, seeds, peatmoss, nutrients, fertilizers

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Accounting or a related discipline

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Exposure working in manufacturing or agriculture industry is advantageous

Experience with Xero Accounting Software is preferred

Proficient in Google platform or Microsoft Office

Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work independently with minimal supervision
