Job Description:

• Works hand-in-hand with the Director in managing the team;
• Drives and achieves the business and corporate goals set out by the Board of Directors;
• Assists the Board of Directors in the effective implementation of policies and operations of the company;
• Responsible and accountable for his/her project P&L;
• Functions as a Project Designer or as Team Leader;
• Responsible for the management, servicing and delivery of projects
• Provides guidance on design/project development and project administration;
• Engages client independently and maintains client’s confidence at all times;
• Assists the director in developing and mentoring the team;
• Monitors team members’ performance and provides feedback for improvement or encouragement;
• Involves actively in Office Departments/Committees and events;
• Embraces and promotes DP Philosophy and Core Values.
