Role Purpose:

-To develop and implement a standard spreadsheet-based system for factory routine data recording, historical data management and automated reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review existing factory data recording workflows and requirements.
- Implement data validation, automated calculations, searchable records and reporting functions.
-Test the system, prepare user instructions and do implementations.

Requirements:
-Pursuing Diploma / Degree in Information technology, Data Analytics or Computer Science programme.
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data validation and automated reporting.
- Knowledge of spreadsheet automation, data management and dashboard development.
- Able to analyze existing workflow and transfer operational requirements into practical digital solutions.

Pay: RM800.00 per month
