Responsibilities
Must have minimum 4-6 years of experience in software testing, including test case design, test execution, defect management, and test reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand business processes and system functionalities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while consistently delivering quality outcomes within tight timelines.
Strong ownership, accountability, and commitment to completing assigned work.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and organizational levels.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
Experience in banking or financial services projects will be an advantage.
