Responsibilities

Join our hotel group and become part of our Centralized Purchasing Team , where you will play an important role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of quality products for our hotel Food & Beverage operations .
What You'll Be Doing
Manage and coordinate Food & Beverage purchasing activities to support hotel operations and service excellence
Conduct cost analysis , quotation comparisons , and market research to achieve the best value and quality
Monitor supplier performance and maintain effective relationships with suppliers
Prepare and update procurement reports , purchasing records, and related documentation
Work closely with the hotel Food & Beverage Team and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient procurement processes
What We're Looking For
Diploma or above in Business Administration, Purchasing & Supply Management, Hotel Management, or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years' purchasing experience , with the skills and competency to handle Food & Beverage or non-food procurement
Experience in cost analysis , supplier performance management , quotation evaluation , and procurement reporting
Hospitality industry experience is an advantage
Self-motivated , detail-minded , and a good team player with high integrity
Good analytical , problem-solving , communication , and negotiation skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
Experience with CheckSCM is an advantage
Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Purchasing Officer.
