Job description

• Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate accounting records. Manage account payment and receivables. 負責日常會計帳務處理及傳票登錄。處理應付與應收帳款。
• Monitor customer payments, supplier invoices and outstanding balances. 追蹤客戶付款進度及供應商應負款項
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports. 編制每月報表及管理報告。
• Monitor operating expense and compare actual performance against budgets. 管理營運費用及預算執行情況
• Support annual budgeting and financial forecasting. 協助年度預算編制及財務預測。
• Handle Taiwan VAT declarations and related tax documentation. Coordinate income tax filing with external CPA firms.負責台灣營業稅申報，並與外部會計師事務所協調
• Ensure compliance with Taiwan accounting and tax regulations. 確保公司帳務及稅務符合台灣相關法令的規定
• Verify product cost thru intercompany transactions and assist sales team to set the product price 確認集團交易的產品成本以協助業務團隊設定價格。

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration. 大學會計，財務或商業相關科系畢業
• 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience. 3-5 年的會計經驗
• Solid knowledge of Taiwan accounting standards and tax regulations. 熟悉台灣的會計標準及稅法
• Experience working in multinational cooperation is preferred 有在跨國集團工作經驗者為佳
• Good communication skill in Taiwanese and Mandarin. Working-level English is a plus. 精通國台語溝通，會英文者更佳
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to meet reporting deadlines. 細心，負責任，能及時交付報告
