Our first studio in Bandar Rimbayu is just the beginning. We have ambitious plans to expand across Malaysia and we're looking for passionate people who want to help us build something special.

The Opportunity

This isn't just a Studio Manager role. It's an opportunity to build something from the beginning.

We're looking for a Studio Manager & Pilates Instructor to lead the daily operations of our first studio.

You'll be the driving force behind an exceptional client experience, a motivated team and a smoothly running studio. This is a hands-on role where you'll combine your passion for Pilates with leadership, business operations and customer experience.

You'll work closely with the co-founders and have the opportunity to shape how Lyssara operates from day one.

What You'll Do

• Studio Operations: Oversee daily activities, class schedules, bookings, facilities and overall studio standards.
• Team Leadership: Manage instructor schedules, supervise reception staff and support recruitment, onboarding and team development.
• Pilates Instruction: Deliver high-quality group and private Pilates sessions alongside your management responsibilities.
• Client Experience: Build relationships with members, handle feedback and create a welcoming studio community.
• Business Performance: Monitor memberships, class occupancy, sales and customer retention, identifying opportunities for growth.
• Reporting: Provide weekly performance reports and operational updates to the co-founders.
• Marketing & Community: Support studio promotions, partnerships, events and community engagement.

What We're Looking For

• Recognised Pilates certification.
• At least 2 years of professional Pilates teaching experience.
• Ideally previous leadership experience in a Pilates, fitness, wellness or hospitality environment.
• Strong organisational, communication and customer service skills.
• Commercial awareness and confidence managing people and studio operations.
• Comfortable using booking systems, spreadsheets and digital tools.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proactive, reliable and comfortable working in a growing startup environment.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends as required.
