Education and/or Experience:

• At least an SPM, certificate, or diploma in any field.
• No prior work experience is required.

Language Skills:

• Able to speak, read, and write in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to understand basic English.

Mathematical Skills:

• Able to perform basic calculations: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

• Read and understand the Work Order requirements, including the film roll material and cylinder codes.
• Ensure cylinders are arranged by station unit, with the eye marks positioned correctly.
• Clean cylinders before storing them.
• Correctly install the roll on the station unit.
• Load the roll onto the unwinder.
• Check the treatment level before starting the machine.
• Prepare the filter, ink pump, ink pan covers, and containers.
• Prepare the paper core for the rewinder and remove the printed roll.
• Prepare and install the doctor blade in its holder, then adjust its position on the cylinder.
• Perform other related duties assigned by management.

• Ensure the information on the Work Order matches the film roll.
• Print labels for finished goods and ensure they are placed correctly.
• Complete the checklists for print viscosity, printed rolls, and printed sample quality.
• Perform machine and job changeovers between shifts.
• Participate in preventive maintenance activities.
