Job Description:

• Promote and sell mobile phone accessories, including phone cases, chargers, cables and screen protectors.

• Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs.

• Explain product features, prices and usage to customers.

• Build and maintain good customer relationships.

• Keep up to date with new products and market trends.

• Arrange and replenish product displays to ensure the sales area is neat and organised.

• Monitor stock levels and assist with stocktaking.

• Handle customer enquiries and provide after-sales service.

• Work with team members to achieve sales targets.

• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Able to explain product information clearly to customers.

• Basic knowledge of mobile phone accessories is an advantage.

• Responsible, helpful and willing to learn.

• Able to work well with colleagues as a team.
