Job Summary

Provide senior-level support for identity, access control, and collaboration governance across Microsoft 365 platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage identity lifecycle by provisioning, modifying, and de-provisioning user accounts to ensure accurate access control
• Administer Entra ID security groups, role-based access control, and conditional access policies to maintain secure environments
• Enforce identity and collaboration-related security policies across Microsoft 365 to uphold compliance and security standards
• Govern access controls for Microsoft 365 collaboration services, including SharePoint Online and Teams, to protect organizational data
• Investigate and resolve authentication and access-related incidents to minimize security risks and downtime
• Support audits, reviews, and compliance checks for Microsoft 365 identity and collaboration services to ensure regulatory adherence
• Maintain and update identity and access management procedures and documentation for operational consistency and knowledge sharing

Required competencies and certifications

• Senior experience in identity and access management within Microsoft 365
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and access control concepts
• Proven troubleshooting and documentation skills
