• Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

• Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Proficiency in Sales Administration, Customer Service, and Record Keeping.

• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.

• Experience in order processing and sales support activities.

• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with construction/building industry is a plus.

- Assist the Sales team with daily administrative tasks.

- Prepare quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.

- Process customer purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation.

- Monitor order progress and follow up on customer enquiries and project status.

- Maintain and update customer records, pricing information, and sales documentation.

- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.

- Ensure proper filing and record management of sales-related documents.

- Perform any other duties assigned by the Sales Manager or Management.
