Mediprima Healthcare is looking for a creative, energetic and hands-on Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow the digital presence of our GP clinics.

We are looking for someone who can create engaging content, manage our social media platforms and help improve our online visibility and patient reach.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design or related field

• Experience managing business social media accounts is preferred

• Able to use Canva and basic photo/video editing applications

• Comfortable creating Reels/TikTok-style videos

• Creative and able to generate new content ideas independently

• Good written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and Google Business Profile will be a strong advantage

• Able to work independently and manage multiple clinic social media accounts

• Responsible, organised and able to meet deadlines

Salary: RM2800 - RM3500 (negotiable)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Mediprima Healthcare’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant channels

• Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar

• Create attractive posts, reels, short videos, graphics and healthcare-related content

• Visit our clinics when required to take photos and videos and create original content

• Edit short-form videos for Reels/TikTok

• Write simple, engaging captions and promotional content

• Respond to and monitor social media engagement

• Manage and improve Google Business Profiles for our clinic branches

• Assist in improving Google reviews and local online visibility

• Perform basic SEO to improve our website and clinic search rankings

• Plan, manage and optimise Google Ads

• Assist with Meta/Facebook & Instagram Ads

• Monitor advertising performance, enquiries and conversions

• Prepare a simple monthly digital marketing performance report

• Work with clinic management on promotions, health campaigns, new services and clinic launches
