Certification in relevant beauty therapy or spa treatments.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Lead and manage the spa therapy team, ensuring high standards of service delivery.

Perform a wide range of advanced spa treatments and therapies, including massages, facials, and body treatments.

Train and mentor junior therapists, providing guidance on techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.

Develop and implement spa service protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Manage spa inventory, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.

Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.

Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality.
