• Candidates for appointment must possess one of the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law recognized by the Government or an equivalent qualification recognized as such.
    Starting salary at Grade L9:RM 2,580.00;or

  • A Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP).
    Starting salary at Grade L9:RM 2,580.00;or

  • Barrister-at-Law (England).
    Starting salary at Grade L9:RM 2,580.00;or

  • Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Judicature of EnglandorSolicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales from the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

Malaysia Language Requirement

• Candidates for appointment must have obtained a Credit (at least Grade C)inBahasa Melayuat theSijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) / Sijil Vokasional Malaysia (SVM) level or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.

• Draft, review, and manage legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
