Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

3–5 years in HR operations, payroll, and employee lifecycle management.

Strong hands‑on payroll experience in Malaysia, covering processing, reconciliation, statutory compliance, and employee queries.

Proven ability to manage onboarding through offboarding independently.

Knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, detail‑oriented, problem‑solving mindset, proficient in HR systems and Excel.

Fluent in English and Mandarin (Mandarin required for regional work), effective collaboration with employees, managers, senior leaders, and vendors.

Handle onboarding, transfers, probation, performance, and offboarding while ensuring compliance and accurate records.

Own monthly payroll, validate inputs, reconcile discrepancies, coordinate with vendors, and ensure statutory compliance.

Manage outsourced staff processes, coordinate with vendors, monitor KPIs/SLAs, and resolve issues effectively.

Support managers and employees on HR matters, assist with evaluations, handle grievances, and provide workforce insights.

Ensure HR operations meet Malaysian laws and company policies, maintain SOPs, support audits, and address compliance gaps.

Assist with recruitment, training, employee development, and contribute to regional HR projects.
