We're looking for a friendly and energetic Guest Experience Server to support food & beverage service within a fast-moving entertainment environment.

• F&B / hospitality experience is an advantage
• Mandarin speaker
• Friendly with good communication skills
• Strong customer-service attitude
• Able to multitask during busy periods
• Responsible, punctual & team-oriented
• Neat and well-groomed
• Willing to work night shifts, weekends & public holidays

Your Shift Will Include

• Welcome and attend to guests
• Take food & beverage orders accurately
• Coordinate orders with kitchen & bar teams
• Serve food and drinks promptly
• Respond to guest requests
• Clear and reset tables / rooms
• Handle billing procedures accurately
• Maintain clean service stations, utensils & trays
• Follow hygiene and safety standards
• Help prepare rooms for events & private functions
• Handle basic guest feedback professionally
• Escalate complaints when necessary
