• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

• Willing to learn F&B operations and visit outlets when required

• Good organizational and communication skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and positive attitude

• Able to work on weekend and public holiday

1. Operations Administration

• Assist in preparing and maintaining operational documents, reports, and checklists

• Help coordinate between HQ and outlets on daily operational matters

• Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping

• Assist with documentation for new outlets, staff, or operational updates

2. Sales & Operations Reporting

• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly sales data from outlets

• Prepare basic sales and performance reports using Excel / Google Sheets

• Track simple KPIs such as sales, promotions, and outlet performance

• Highlight unusual figures or issues to the operations team

3. Outlet Checks & Audit Support

• Assist in conducting outlet checks to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and SOP compliance

• Use audit checklists to record findings during outlet visits

• Take photos and notes for reporting purposes

• Help follow up on corrective actions with outlet teams

4. Operations Support

• Support the rollout of new menus, promotions, or SOP updates

• Assist outlet teams with basic operational queries

• Help coordinate simple operational projects assigned by the operations team
