Responsibilities
Job Summary
The E-commerce Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and growth of the company’s e-commerce business. The role manages online product listings, promotions and sales activities, monitors online performance, and works closely with internal teams and e-commerce partners to achieve sales targets.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations and online sales activities.
Maintain and update product listings, pricing, promotions and advertisements across e-commerce platforms.
Keep abreast of e-commerce trends, competitor activities and online consumer behaviour.
Plan and support online campaigns and promotional activities to drive traffic and sales.
Monitor online sales performance and prepare regular sales and performance reports.
Work closely with e-commerce partners and internal stakeholders to support sales targets and business growth.
Ensure product information and promotional content displayed online are accurate and up to date.
Support other e-commerce initiatives and activities as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education
Minimum Diploma in Business / Commerce / Marketing or Information Technology
Experience
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, online sales or digital marketing preferred.
Good understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketing and digital trends.
Comfortable working with sales data and preparing basic performance reports.
Tech-savvy with a keen interest in e-commerce and online sales.
Creative, energetic, self-motivated and willing to learn.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Magento platform would be an advantage.
