Job Description

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, with 1–2 years managerial

  • Proven track record of successful campaigns and team leadership

  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing tools

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills

  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals

  • Plan and manage campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels

  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity
