Candidates Must

• Have an interest in Sports Science, Medicine, Health OR Sales-related fields

• Possess relevant experience in customer service will be an added advantage

Our Attractive Remuneration Package includes Basic Salary (**min 2.5k) + OT + Commission + RM300 Incentive (for Meal/Transport/Attendance) + Quarterly Bonus + other benefits!

• Must work 5-6 days a week, shift work and min. 44 hours/week! (Flexible on OT hours)

• Must work on weekends and public holidays

** For any Candidates with relevant supervisory experience or proven personal sales qualifications (min. RM60k/mth), a higher Basic Salary of up to RM3500 may be offered as a starting point.

** For any candidates with min. 3 years of proven excellent sales team management (min. RM200k/mth retail team sales) & leadership experience, a Basic Salary of up to RM5500 may be offered as a starting point.

The main scope of work will be serving as a Health Consultant/Sales Advisor to customers on how Phiten products could help resolve their pain issues, improve their conditions, and prevent injuries.

• Candidates need to conduct product demonstrations with customers and educate customers with appropriate health & product knowledge. In other words, you must be proactive and even "talkative" in a professional way

• Candidates need to perform administrative work, cashier duties to ensure proper operation of the Retail outlet

• Candidates are responsible to upkeep cleanliness, inventory management & handle customers’ inquiries.

• Candidates MUST be self-motivated working in retail sale environment where meeting sales targets are key to performance evaluation.
