Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant QS experience.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials and costing.
- Able to read construction drawings and specifications.
- Good negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and QS/cost management software.
- Mandarin speaking is required for communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage project costs from tender stage to completion.
- Prepare BQ, tender documents, contracts and project budgets.
- Monitor project costs and ensure projects stay within budget.
- Handle costing and negotiate with contractors/subcontractors.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Prepare monthly cost reports for management.
- Work closely with clients, consultants, engineers and architects.
