About the role

Ricoh is seeking an experienced Workplace Experience Consultant APAC to drive business growth and develop workplace technology opportunities across the Asia-Pacific region. You will collaborate with local operating companies, global teams, customers, and strategic partners to build pipelines, support complex deals, and deliver innovative workplace solutions

About Your Role:

• Identify, qualify, and develop Workplace Experience opportunities across APAC.

• Manage opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle, including solution positioning, proposal preparation, quotation, and deal support.

• Develop account strategies and maintain a strong, qualified regional sales pipeline.

• Drive revenue growth, conversion, and managed services opportunities.

• Support regional go-to-market strategies and major bids, RFPs, and strategic accounts.

• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, consultants, designers, and business partners.

• Deliver customer presentations, solution demonstrations, and sales pitches.

• Provide training, coaching, and in-field support to local sales teams.

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Portfolio, and global teams to develop market opportunities.

• Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor positioning.

Does it sound like you?

• Degree holder in Business, IT, Engineering, or related disciplines.

• 5+ years of experience in Audio Visual , Unified Communications, Video Conferencing, Workplace Technology, or Technology Solutions Sales.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom, and meeting room technologies.

• Proven success in business development and achieving sales targets.

• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to engage and influence both business and technical stakeholders.

• Comfortable working across different countries, cultures, and functions
