Requirements

  • Primary school education or equivalent.

  • Zero years of direct sales experience required; training will be provided.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Enthusiasm for technology and computer products.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Basic understanding of computer hardware is a plus.

  • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for service.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable computer hardware and accessories.

  • Provide product information, demonstrations, and technical support to potential buyers.

  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.

  • Maintain an organized and appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed.

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends and product offerings.
