Job Responsibilities:

1.Oversee and plan the company’s international projects, and be accountable for the full project lifecycle from client requirement communication to project delivery.

2.Develop international business clients and achieve the company’s overseas business development targets.

3.Evaluate and diagnose the business status and pain points of overseas clients, identify client requirements, align internal resources, and provide clients with advertising strategies and solutions tailored to their industry, market and products.

4.Conduct project management and cross-departmental communication & collaboration, control overall project progress, integrate project implementation plans and marketing strategies, and take responsibility for project outcomes.

5.Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, deepen cooperation, and improve client satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree or above from full-time general higher education institutions. Minimum 5 years of experience in overseas advertising (sales, promotion, business development, etc.); candidates with experience managing overseas advertising businesses are preferred.

2.Strong team management capabilities and solid overall project planning skills.

3.Client-oriented mindset, proficient negotiation and account management skills, as well as the ability to execute product promotion initiatives.
