Education & Experience (Preferable)

• Diploma/Degree in Digital Technology, IT, or related field.

• Minimum 1 year(s) working experience in DX, IT support, or system analysis.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/ERP/WMS.

Skills & Knowledge (Required / To Be Provided)

• Adaptable to challenges and pressure.

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Basic knowledge of data analytics, UX principles, and cybersecurity.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in multitasking.

• Hardworking, outgoing, independent & self-motivated.

• Proficiency in English/Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin.

• Mandarin language proficiency is preferred, as the role will be responsible for handling overseas business and communicating with clients and business partners in markets such as China and Taiwan.

• Execute digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

• Support diagnostics of digital systems, propose improvements, and assist in solution deployment.

• Monitor digital security compliance and troubleshoot technical issues.

• Maintain/update digital assets (websites, analytics tools) and generate performance reports.

• Train staff on new digital tools and coordinate internal communication for DX adoption.

• Aid Marketing/Sales with digital campaigns and data analysis.

• Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems.

• Install and update company software and hardware as needed.

• Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items.

• Support the DX Manager in delivering agrees activities.

• Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics.
