Responsibilities
What you'll do
HR
Process monthly payroll, CPF, claims and government grants, and support the annual increment and bonus exercise
Handle work passes, government-paid leave and MOM matters
Manage recruitment and onboarding, from shortlisting and interviews to new hire setup
Manage employee records and HR letters (confirmation, promotion, resignation) in Infotech
Track leave and attendance, and support performance appraisals
Keep HR policies and the employee handbook up to date, and organise staff events
Admin
Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, pantry, premises upkeep and repairs
Coordinate vendors and outsourced services (cleaning, pest control, servicing), including quotations and contract renewals
Handle company insurance, vehicle road tax and servicing, and maintain the IT asset list
Provide general support: mail and couriers, meeting arrangements, travel bookings and office purchases
Support ISO documentation and audits, workplace safety, and ad-hoc Finance and management tasks
What we're looking for
At least 2 years of full-spectrum HR experience, including payroll and work passes
Organised, independent and discreet with confidential information
Works well with people across departments
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
