• Diploma/Degree in Education, Teaching, Management or related field

• Experience in education, tuition, daycare or learning centre environment

• Leadership experience as a Senior Teacher, Head Teacher, Academic Coordinator, Centre Manager or similar role is preferred

• Must be fluent in Mandarin and able to communicate with SJKC students

• Good leadership and communication skills

• Responsible, organised and able to solve problems independently

• Comfortable handling teachers, parents and students

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and support the teaching team

• Monitor teaching quality and student progress

• Manage daily centre operations and schedules

• Communicate with parents and handle student matters

• Support student retention and parent satisfaction

• Work closely with the Principal to improve centre performance
