Experience: Proven hands-on experience in a salon or beauty environment covering either hair styling/treatments, body waxing, or both (Junior Stylists/Therapists with strong fundamental skills are welcome).

Language Proficiency:Fluent inEnglishandBahasa Malaysia (spoken and written). Knowledge of any additional spoken languages is an added advantage.

Technical Aptitude: Proficient in core hair styling techniques or hygienic face/body waxing methods, with a commitment to client safety and satisfaction.

People & Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanor, and a customer-first mindset.

Personal Attributes: Punctual, well-groomed, highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about natural and organic hair and beauty care.

Client Consultation & Care: Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs, evaluate hair and skin conditions, check for allergies/sensitivities, and recommend suitable organic customised hair treatments and waxing options. (training provided)

Hair Care & Styling Services: Perform technical hair services, including cutting, trimming, blow-drying, scalp treatments, and natural/organic hair coloring or henna gel applications.

Waxing & Hair Removal Treatments: Execute professional face and body waxing services (including honey/sugar waxing and sensitive-skin techniques) with precision, hygiene, and minimal client discomfort.

Sanitation & Hygiene Standards: Maintain strict cleanliness protocols by sanitizing all tools, workstations, waxing equipment, and treatment rooms before and after every client.

Client Management & Retention: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a warm, comfortable experience that builds lasting client trust and repeat visits.

Product Recommendation: Educate clients on proper home care routines and recommend suitable organic hair care products and post-waxing body care.
