Position: Bilingual Indonesian Psychologist (PhD)

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $100 - $200/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10 40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess psychological case studies and documentation, providing nuanced feedback and insights based on professional experience.
• Develop culturally sensitive psychological scenarios and materials in both Indonesian and English for data enrichment and model training purposes.
• Evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, ethical considerations, and alignment with psychological best practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to share perspectives and ensure holistic, effective solutions for diverse user needs.
• Document evaluation processes and findings clearly and systematically, supporting transparency and reproducibility.
• Apply bilingual communication to interpret and refine psychological assessments, ensuring fidelity across languages and cultural contexts.
• Provide training and support for team members on psychological principles and practices relevant to AI development.

Requirements

• PhD in Psychology with demonstrated experience in both clinical and academic settings.
• Native or near-native fluency in Indonesian and English, with proven ability to navigate complex psychological terminology in both languages.
• Strong experience in analytical and critical thinking skills with a track record of ethical decision-making.
• Experience developing or evaluating case studies and psychological assessments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially in translating nuanced psychological concepts between Indonesian and English.
• Familiarity with digital tools for remote collaboration and effective documentation.
• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and adaptability in multicultural environments.
